I have a S7-1200 cpu part # 6ES72121HE310XB0

my problem is i didnt find in my TIA portal hardware catalog

my TIA portal is V11 SP2 (not fully licensed) 

what should i do?? pls help me..thanks

If you update your hardware catalogue then you should find your CPU.

the licence hav no influence to the update with support packages.

But if you licence is a TRIAL and the TRIAL periode is ivertimed then you can't create any new PLC in the project until you install a valid licence.

and thats my problem i doubt because i cant find the part # 

of plc, i hope i can update the software catalog.

you must update the HW Catalog with the correct HSP!

For the PLC you need HSP0026 from the link above.
