Dear All, I have a conveyor belt application of some sort with two motors that are controlled with 6RA70 drives. Motors and naturally drives are different (one is 1Q 125A other is 1Q 210A) I was looking for a way to ensure that both motors to be loaded adequately and I found a document with name "Master/Slave switchover" which is attached to this message. In the Section 5 of this document, there is an example for droopincluding parameterization. But I believe there are mistakes and I also have questions about this application. 1) Setting of the number of words for P2P connection is shown as 1 but from other parameters I can see there are 2 words (control word 1 from G1 and Speed setpoint after RFG from G1) 2) If P648 is set to K6003 in both drivesas advised in the document, I believe drives will never start because drive 1 will not receive anything from K6003. 3) Would it cause any problem using different drives for this application? Should drives and motors be identical? 4) Does anyone have a more detailed source of any kind? I really need more detailed information on the issue. 5) How can I set this droop adaptively as it has been mentioned shortly in that document. Thanks in advance to those who will spare some time to share their experience and knowledge. Best Regards, Murat AttachmentMasterdrive DC_Application Note (Slave Application).pdf (859 Downloads) |
