Hello all. I have a Simoreg drive for crane hoisting application, the drive is supply two different motion (Trolley motor & Jib motor with different specifications) , My problem is with jib lifting condition ,the drive is starting to lift the load but when the output current is reach to 290A (Motor rated current 230A) the alarm accrued(A031, A035 seriously ) and drive stop. I have trusted parameters list backup, I downloaded this parameters to the drive but there is no change, also I replaced the motor encoder & check the motor winding and brushes additional to all connections, I think the field current is normal but armature is not, plz help me… Is there problem with drive and hardware’s or motor? Notes: 1- This fault just happening with load lifting, however the drive working properly in case of load lowering! 2- When changing drive to the trolley motor motion there is no any problems.
