7-day timer alternatives

I am looking for help on a project I am working on, it is a pneumatic sprayer application, there are 9 pneumatic solenoids controlled from relay outputs on the LOGO I am calling them zones 1-9.

The project parameters are: zones 1-9 are to run sequentially for 10 minutes periods from 4:30am to 4:30pm starting with zone 1 and ending with zone 9 repeating zone 1-9 for 10 minutes each until 4:30pm.

zones 1-9 10 minutes each = 90 minutes total cycle repeating the cycle for 12 hours

the only way I can figure out how to do it is using multiple 7-day timers using Cams 1-3 per relay output

To achieve a repeating timing sequence for 12 hours I will need three 7-day timers using all Cams per timer.

I was going to create a web page to edit the timers, but I will exceed 65 VM mappings for this solution.

I am looking for any idea of any other solutions besides a 7-day timer that could be used to achieve the goal.

ix065THANK YOU so much for the time you took to build this diagram.  It looks like it will work prefect for the sanitation sprayer timing project I have taken on.  I probably have 80 hours into trying to figure out how to do what the file you uploaded does:    for timing multiple outputs in sequence that repeat the sequence over and over until disabled by a 7-day time switch.

I did my best to explain what was needed knowing it was going to be hard to understand for other people, but you are a true master for understanding my failure of clarity.

As you can see from my file I uploaded, I was going down the wrong road.  I am a beginner trying to make work what I know, hopefully someday I can tech myself to build the diagram you sent me, I am going to study the diagram and learn from it.

Now I need to build a web page to adjust the times.

I have created some simple test web pages in the past using VM-Mapping with a 7-day time switch. 

I will add B007 (7-day time switch) (on time1) and (off time1) and (weekday1). 

and B003 (asynchronous pulse generator) (pulse width TH time base) to the mappings. 

Thank you for the very well explained operation method of the diagram, it helps me allot to understand how it works.    

I don't understand how the analog network input NAI1 queries the data value from B005 up/down counter. Is there a mapping parameter to link NAl1 to read B005 data value?  I see NAl1 is addressed VW2. 

I will try to create the webpage graphics and the VM-Mapping, I will upload the file for review and editing if need be. Yes I use LWE
