802c, plc error

Sir 

I Have Siemens 802c controler  on a cnc vtl in that plc error is coming please tell me how to eliminate the error and load the winpcin downloaded software . sir i had bought a 802dsl  with that they have given S7 3.1 version of the software but now downloaded with winpcin and converted with latested versin of s7 plc software and it is not getting oped with s7 plc 3.1 what can be done sir .

i need not have to open that s7 file but i need to load it on to 802c system what should be done please suggest .

Sir can i do plc online in 802c to analise the problem.

Please do the needful at the earliest and oblige

Split from 840C upload & download with winpcin software.

 Can you repeat you question and carefully describe your system and problem, better post picture of your system. what Siemens CNC do you have 802C or 802D SL ? they totally different .
