A referral was returned from the server

Hi

I have a TP1200 comfort panel. When I am logged into the HMI via. Sm@rtClient (remotely), and I try to enter anything into a I/O field, the attached picture occurs, and will not go away again.

This is something new, because the system has run for 1 year without this problem.

Do you have any ideas of how this can be solved?

Thanks for the link Murof. I appreciate that it is generally helpful to have more details to provide solutions. However, it is also helpful when solutions to a specific problem are on a thread. It may not help everyone everytime, but I find most solutions that are already in the forum solve my problems - whatever version and system I might be using. 

For this thread's issue: 

I found that Right Click, Run as Adminstrator did not solve it, but changing the compatibilty properties did resolve this for me.

Find the file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Siemens\PTTouchInput\TouchInputPC.exe

Right click file / Properties / Compatibility / Change settings for All Users / Run as Administrator / Apply / OK
