A1932 alarm in CU 320-2PN

Prian Experienced Member Joined: 4/10/2009 Last visit: 10/23/2023 Posts: 94 Rating: (0)	Dear Experts I am using Simotion D425-2DP/PN ( 6AU1 425 -2AD00-0AA0) with CU 320 - 2 PN ( 6SL 3040 - 1MA01-0Axx) . Simotion and Cu 320 is communicating in profinet port. Under sinamics integrated 4 drives are configured and under CU 320 , 3 drives are configured. Under all CU 320 drives, I am getting warning of A 1932 and as per help manual, it is recommended to " set the clock cycle synchronisation when configuring bus ". Kindly guide me how to set this and eluminate A 1932 warning. Regards CRS

You must set the D425 to SyncMaster and the CU320-2 to SyncSlave. Also define an PN Topologie between the devices. On the CU320-2 in HWConfig you must aktivat the IO-Cycle (inthe propertis of the PN INterface of the CU320-2). Whcih Version of Scout do you use? Regards Christoph

For external devices you must activate it during the projectiing in HWConfig. the configuration Steps are described in the SIMOTION Communication Manual. Regards Christoph
