ACB 3WL pending when control through Profibus

Dear expert I have problem about ACB 3WL of Siemens. My project have 50 ACB connecto to PLC through Profibus network. PLC command on/off ACB and receive status on/off/trip through Profibus. PC Server use Wincc + Power rate software PLC 317- 2PN/DP Normal, I command on/off ACB ( in case ACB charge ok) and receive status on/off/trip throught Profibus is OK but my problem happen follow step : - Step 1 : PLC command on ACB through Profibus by bit 0/1 of byte n (in case ACB discharge) --> ACB fail close --> alarm display - Step 2 : I reset command on from PLC - Step 3 : After,I command on ACB again (in case ACB charge ok) but ACB can not receive command on from PLC. In case if i reset power supply for ACB immediately ACB receive command on from PLC and ACB is closed. So the reason why i reset power supply for ACB, ACB receive command on from PLC and ACB is closed ??? - Somebody show me bit reset ACB throught Profibus network - Pls help me explain parameter byte control ACB in attach file
