Address Packing and Remove Module Interrupt

GermanDan Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have an issue with an IM151HF module (to be specific 6ES7 151-1BA00-0AB0). I need to use address packing but at the same time I want to have what we call RSE-messages (insert remove module interrupt). The option is greyed out when I activate address-packing. We figured out that with 6ES7 151-1BA01-0AB0 Hardware we can just use 6ES7 151-1BA02-0AB0 in Hardware in the Step7 project and that allows us to have both features. Just with an actual 6ES7 151-1BA00-0AB0 hardware that's not possible. Does anybody know a workaround to have actual 6ES7 151-1BA00-0AB0 hardware and still be able to use address-packing as well as insert remove module interrupts? Thanks for your help! Dan.

Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (264)	Think all you can do about it - try to upgrade FW. There are others workarounds, but with modifying your task - another diagnosis, or no packing (incl. another modules) etc.

the forwarding engine does not keep track of the source IP address of the particular data. This is an issue that show diagnostic result module with in the manuel.
