Hello Panov; Have you checked the manual for your RTD module? SIMATIC ET 200SP analog input module AI 8xRTD/TC 2-wire HF It accepts the LG-NI 1000 RTD as part of its standard channel configuration, and it provides you directly with the measured temperature, in Farenheit or Celcius, as you need. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

Hello Panov; This humidity and temperature duct sensor is provided by Siemens Building Technologies, and this division of Siemens often has its own standard way of doing things for its business that is different from what we do in Industry, Automation and Drives (the division that supports this forum).. Here is ia presentation technical document on these sensors, from SBT: https://mall.industry.siemens.com/collaterals/files/43/PDF/ENG_347257.PDF And as attachment you will find the description of the temperature signal that you are trying to read. The QFM 2120 uses a simulated RTD signal as an output (I do not know or understand why) that follows the curve shown in the extract; this curve is different from a standard LG NI 1000 temperature/resistance table (Look at the resistance value for 20 degrees here:) I do not know how you can use your AI module to read and adjust to this curve directly, I can only suggest you try a Support Request that will be brought to the attention of Siemens personnel who may be more conversant with SBT sensors, with any luck. The link for support Request is at the top of the page. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
