Hi, I have analo input module 336-4GE00-0AB0 and the problem is that input channels are in pairs (0 and 3, 1 and 4, 2 and 5). According to that, when I am trying to connect a sensor (4-20mA, 4 wires, external power supply, on terminals 4 and 5) on the channel 0, I have SF (System fault) and F3 (Channel 3 Fault) red leds turned on. Is there a way to use channel 0 independently to the channel 3? For example, is there a way to use sensor on channel 0 while there is nothing connected on channel 3 and not having F3 and SF leds turned on? This is the problem because there is only one sensor and it is connected to the channel 0 and everything works fine, but the SF and F3 red led tells mi that this analog module wasn't meant to be used like this, any suggestions? Thanks ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Yes user can use only one channel of a pair channel. Connect the unused channel to a resistance. HTH. |
