AS 417-4HL04 execution time

Dear all:

This is my problem...

I´m migrating a PCS7 V6.1 + SP2 based control system to PCS7 V7.1 + SP3, but, I´m using AP Library, during functionality test period everything was working Ok, but on the plant, when the program download was performed, on the stop-run transition the cyclic time overpassed the 6000 ms watchdog time, going up to 24000 ms, and the mean time goes up to 1450 ms...

The test were made over a 417-4HT14 CPU, but the plant AS works on a 417-4HL04 CPU...

On the attached file are the main CPU images of the Module information, such as Diagnostic buffer, Scan cycle time and memory. Also are included the images from the OS diagnostics, showing the ciclyc failures. Also included the logs form compilation, download & module driver information...

I hope this info be enough to make some diagnostic.

I´m releasing that my problem description is wrong...

The migration was performed to recreate the oldest program, but, using the APL new blocks...

So, once the program was finished, it was tested over a 417-4HT14 CPU with a 8MB RAM memory card... And the program was working ok, cycle times over 7ms and peaks about 85ms... But, at the moment to download it to end user´s AS with a 417-4HL04 CPU with a 8MB RAM memory card, the cycle time goes up to 24000ms and the mean cycle rounds up to 1500ms... The program code length over the CPU is aruond 52%...
