Hello Sir, Can you please help me to solve the encoder fault F31117 in CU250S2-PN, G120 drive. I am using Simotics M-1PH1 motor which has TTL encoder. Wiring is correct as per color code. I have connected encoder to D-Sub interface. Please suggest to rectify this problem. Thanks, Ram.

Are you 100% sure the encoder signal is A & A- (like +5 & -5V), B & B-, and Z & Z-? Have you put an oscilloscope on the encoder signal wires to verify they are both above and below 0V reference for each channel and that A & B channels are able to indicate direction, and that the Z channel fires only once per revolution?
