I would like to ask for help. 

The mistake is that the pulse happens in the wrong position a few times. I attach a picture, one of them has an extra pulse at 180 encoder positions (the encoder is incremental, 180 pulses). 

M260.2 the section (8 encoder pulses). M105.2 is a pulse for up to one cycle at the beginning of the phase. 

What makes this extra impulse here?

Always at 180 encoder positions for each bit (5 times out of 50).

This is bitwise operations for some purpose; I'm not clear on what its function is.

In any case the :p is not going to do anything for you; if there is any difference between the two reads on the same rung then your encoder is moving faster than the speed of light (exaggerating).

180 PPR is very low and assuming the frequency of the pulses is also low then it is right in the code.

Walk us through the sequence,

Comparison : M260.2 := TRUE

Then that FB does something with MD260 and output it to MD105 , why<

How do we get from a comparison to the stopping of some motion?
