Binary Status Information Sentron WL with ETU45B

I have connected Sentron WL via COM15 to RTU. RTU is SICAM TM 1703 ACP with Profibus. I can read all signals from Sentron without problems. But I also want to read Reason of Last trip so I can createalarm on SICAM PAC CC for each individual protection. As I can see from manual Reason of last trip is 3 bit (byte 1 bit 4,5,6) grouped together and because of that reason of last trip has 7 values (see attached PDF). In TM 1703 ACP can only read Double point or Single point. My question how is this intendedto be read? This is first time I work with Sentron. I can maybe read each individual bit as single point and than combine them and calculate value. If someone has experience with this please replay.
