Block comparison doesnt help

These two projects share some identical blocks, but I work with the projects separately (saving the project whenever it is needed). When I perform a comparison between the two projects, all identical blocks are identified as blocks with differences although their code is identical and the only difference is the time stamp. Is it stated anywhere that the difference exists only in the time stamp and the code is identical? Information that TIA shows in the comparison window is: Address, Numbering, Type, Language, Time stamp interface, Time stamp code, Author, Version, Family, Load memory, Work memory, Modified on. It also says with text: "Comparison result: Interfaces are identical. Code is different", but surprisingly, when I click on "Start detailed comparison" for these two blocks, it says they are identical! Hope all this makes sense. Anyone has the same problem or know how to deal with it? Thanks for your help.

Would be a time saver knowing we could simply download it without worry (or upload it for that matter). SiemsImpossible OK, three years hence. (v13.1) Any change to this bug?
