Hello, I have following problem: I realize system on WinCC flexible 2008 Runtime installed on standard PC included Windows XP Professional with SP3. Created visualization used two variables (reading through WinCC flexible RT every 5s) witch read from 315-2DP (6ES7 315-2AG10-0AB0, Hardware 4, Firmware V 2.0.11 ) included CP 343-1 Lean 6GK7 343-1CX10-0XE0, Hardware 3, Firmware V 2.1.14 ). WinCC flexible and S7-300 communicate on Ethernet. I create project in Step7 with SIMATIC HMI Station included WinCC flexible RT and interface IE General, to configure I use FAQ: How do you configure a connection between WinCC flexible Runtime (PC/Panel) and a SIMATIC S7-300/400 via Industrial Ethernet? System work cyclic by 24 hour, read variables but from time to time connection is broke and appear diagnostic communicate : SIMATIC 315-2DP Ethernet diagnose impossible error code 0x80000104 (MsgNumber 170003) and End connection (MsgNumber 140001) after a while restore connection (MsgNumber 140000). And this situation repeats in different time intervals. Sometimes connection is ok in 5hours and sometimes the connection connected and disconnected in every moments. In moments when connection is disconnected 315-2DP and CP 343-1 Lean work fine (all time is in RUN) there is no diagnostic error in CPU and in CP. I ping CP 343-1 Lean on PC and everything is ok. I think a configuration is ok, because is checked with Siemens support in Poland. I attachment example part data log where diagnostic message is generated through WinCC flexible RT. Does anybody know the problem or have some ideas? Greetings Piotr AttachmentAlarm_log0.pdf (128 Downloads) |

Dear Piotr, Do you want to display system error messages from CPU in WinCC flexible? Perhaps this link might help: how can you have system error messages from a SIMATIC S7-300/400 displayed in WinCC flexible? Best regards, Wizard |
