In runtime, I created several filters (using the Selection Dialog-button). How can I call one of those pre-defined filters by its name with a button? I only found information and example to set the MsgFilterSQL property as a string by script but nothing about enabling/disabling pre-defined filters? It must be possible. Thanks in advance. |

Hello SteBo, I tried out several things and I hope I can bring you at least on the way. As you already know, you can create a selection in Alarm Control you can use its name as string for MsgFilterSQL. For filter reset you could use a little trick, if you create a selection with wildcards, or setting all checkmarks, e.g. forselections with Type of message. Another thing I've found is Wie wird die Standard-Funktion "AXC_SetFilter()" verwendet?, using this you have got possibility to select much more thing and you have got a possibility to reset filter structure. Unfortunately I didn't have time to test it out totally, so it's your turn. At least you'll have to decide, whether it isn't easier for operator to work in WinCC Alarm Control and set check mark to activate/deactivate selection, just because you have to define your selection and its namethere. Best regards Bizur |

Bizur, I think I tried your suggestions before creating this topic. I have no problem creating the MsgFilterSQL by script nor by using AXC_SetFilter but I would prefer to create let's say 30 pre-defined filters on the AlarmControl, each with it's unique name. Afterwards, I would like to create buttons on my Alarm.pdl to enable a MsgFilterSQL by calling its name rather than to change the SQL syntax of the property by script in runtime. |
