Can the temperature and humidity sensors withstand pressures upto 1300 Pa

I need to know if the following Siemens instruments/sensors can withstand pressures upto 1300 Pa.

1. QFM2160

2. QAM2120.040

3. QFM2100

Kindly confirm at earliest.  its important as the room is protected by Novec 1230 system and room pressure may rise to 1300 Pa after Novec 1230 discharge

None of those are designed for operation at anything except atmospheric pressure or HVAC duct pressures.

For high pressure operation, you need to look at something like Vaisala's high pressure humidity sensor.
