cannot find S7USB in PG/PC

I know we can add it through "Add/remove interfaces" button in PG/PC window but it is not available even there. It happened in Starter V4.3.1.2. But uninstalled it and installed the latest V4.3.2.0 but it did not solve the problem. Please help how can I add it. Best regards
