"CaptionText" property of "ScreenWindow" in only one language. Is this bug?

SW: WinCC Professional v13 SP1

When I try to get the "CaptionText" property of "ScreenWindow" through a script, I get the text only from one language, even if I switch to other languages. Is this bug?

How you read your Caption Text from the window

You can use the C-Funktion GetPropChar(..) to read you text

Post your script what you use to read the caption text

The caption text of the Windows is Independent of the language.

That means it is the same on each language. System property

If you like to make the caption text changeable you have to insert a text field upside

Of your window. There you can change the text depending of your language

But this is very strange, because we have access to this property in RT. 

I think there's something wrong here. Because this property can be in different languages. 

As can be seen from the figure, the solution above does not suit me.

I test the same function on WinCC V7.0 sp3

There is the same problem. You cannot set the caption text for different languages.

WinCc prof. runtime is created form WinCC Scada system V7

If you cannot solve your problem you have to open a service request for siemens support
