Hi, I am working with WinCC 7.0.2.3 on 3 projects. This project are very similar but one of them has double number of alarms and tags in the alarm and taglogging. After adding the additional tags, the runtime needs abot 20min to start. Also the second, third.... start needs 20min or more.
I looked in the logfiles and I saw some problems with the CCAlgRtServer.exe TIMEOUT I reinstalled the Windows 7 feature MSQM with restart. I also tried to delete the DCF file in the project folder and I resteted the databases of tag and alarm logging. Now also my old project, which run before normally cannot start without 20min delay Help me please AttachmentWinCC Logfiles.zip (2087 Downloads) |

Hello UMENCHO, with respect, but I don't have time to translate everything from german into english. Maybe it helps if I add link to german forum (it consists of link to an FAQ and advise to check archive configuration. Best regards Bizur |

Allow me to try in translation: Check it out: How can you increase the timeout for starting and terminating Alarm Logging / Tag Logging? So it could be at least prevent that you get a timeout. But this is only the "half of the battle." I think you might want to look at the configuration of your message archive and consider how you can make the files smaller scale. This should also reduce the time needed when starting WinCC. If necessary, you can also post a screenshot here. Best regards, Hristo Mihalev |
