CFC F-system, sometimes when I place CFC blocks on the screen they are assigned different numbers

S7 5.5 SP2 HF4 K5.5.2.4 CFC V7.0 SP1 7.0.1.0 ESD & F&G sytem using S7-412H with ET200M remote IO Interface via Simatic NET OPC Server to 3d party SCADA Ok, so I am working with CFC for a while now, I can get all the basics going but I am stuck however with a few issues that some knowledgeable people might be able to help me with. [schnippschnapp] other questions can be found in the following thread CFC F-system, standard MOS block CFC F-system, communications wiht my SCADA CFC F-system, Chart IO CFC F-system, Code versions CFC F-system, CPU system status 6) sometimes when I place CFC blocks on the screen they are assigned different numbers (2/5, 3/5, 6/5, 5/20, 3/20) thee manual tells me the blocks should be consecutive, fair enough I can do that, but what really happens if I don't? will my program risk "missing" one shot triggers? will a safety loop take twice the cycle time to complete? I would just like to understand the impact more than anything... these are the main things I am running into, any help would be greatly appreciated |
