Client PC Screens not opening

At the server PCs everything works fine. Even when I tried to open picture by option "open picture by name" if gives error 'Picture object not found'. I have tried deleting the entire client and recreating it again, same problem appears. Please help me to find out the solutio Attachment Screenshots.zip (52 Downloads)

But no process picture was visible. The diagnostic said 'invalid picture name'. I solved it by doing an entire compile and download with the 'make' function. Regards jumo

What do u mean by Make function? Do you mean entire compile and download of both the servers (if redundant servers)?

Krrish !! Posts: 73 Rating: (6)	Have you written any global scripts in your OS project ? Kindly activate the 'Global Script Diagnostic' window to see if there is any script overflow error which is slowing down picture open function on the OS. You can alternatively check if proper 'Standard Server' settings are made for all OS Clients.... Regards, Krrish !!

n00dels Experienced Member Joined: 4/8/2013 Last visit: 6/30/2024 Posts: 95 Rating: (7)	as said before you can try to manually generate server data of your server after completely recompiling it, doublecheck \ reassign the package assignment of the Client WINCC station and then try it again after downloading the Client. in /tf/WW/en/Posts/25461the steps are also stated by cBo

Because if you assign the server data, then computericon showsred dot which is notvisible. Please do that.
