I have one that seems to be stuck in configuration mode, after a power outage. (LED L is flashing). I can't access it via the web interface and even a factory reset doesn't seem to have any effect. Thanks in advance.

The SET button you pressed to the 10s longer to be reset to factory settings? If that did not help, I would start in your place a Support Request.

pierrege Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I have the same problem ... CMR2020 re-initialize continuously after power outage and it is unable to communicate with it. Is there any solution (new firmware or anything) or the only way is to use a UPS ?? --------------------------------------- PROBLEM SOLVED !! It seems that de initialization did not recognize the SIM card because there is NO PIN-CODE !! Since we have a new SIM card with PIN-CODE, there is no more problem to reboot after power outage.

Helmut_13 Posts: 2930 Rating: (432)	Hi, what Internet browser do you use? I had problems in the past with MS IE. Since this time I use Modzilla Firefox and it works. My effect: I cann't open the Web-page of the MCR any time, some times I could see the CMR's Web-page but I can't add information, some input field I can't see and so on. The manual then "told" me IE V11, Firefox V28.0 and Chrome V33.0 is supported. Hope this helps
