Hi, On the first code you posted everything looks OK, except this line of code:
what you are doing here is setting the output of the timer block according to variable: "outTon" and the remaining time of the block is set by variable: "ET". It should be the other way around. Variable "outTon" and "ET" must be set according to "CYCLIC_TON.Q" and "CYCLIC_TON.ET" because the timer block is setting those outputs and you use those outputs to set your block outputs. Like this:
