COM led is on of two CUs

Hi dear, can you help me with a question please?

I'm using 2 cu with a PLC, everything was ok. Each with an IP address. But now it has stopped. I formatted the memory card of the both cu and recorded the project again through the starter (offline). 

But the COM led of the two CUs are still on.

Can it be topology error?

I already checked the IP address.

*The project was made with starter version v4.4 and I'm using the last one.

which PLC do you have and are you working with TIA Portal?

If yes:

Check in Starter the used telegram of the drive. Then check in TIA portal in the GSDML file of the S110 if the same telegram is used there. And check in TIA Portal the setting for the IP address and the PROFINET device name of the GSDML file and compare it to the online device settings - must be equal online and in HW config. Then download the PLCs hardware again.

but you cannot just do a diagnosis with STARTER. The communication master is the PLC, so you will need to check at the PLC side as well. I can just imagine that there is a difference between the Starter configuration of the drives and the PLC HW config -> so just Starter will not be sufficient to compare I think.
