Combobox, how can i keep text when change page?

Hi;

i have a problem with combobox.i used a combobox with  10 select box ,for each selected box define a text and asign to tag(SetText..).for example, i select text item 10  in combobox it is ok.but when i change page (go to other page )and com back to combo box page item of cobbox go to item number one.i would be appreciated if you help .how can i keep text when change page.?
