Command now not possible ! displayed in Recipe View

PLCforEver Posts: 99 Rating: (3)	Dear experts, I am stuck! I have used a Recipe View to manage recipe. Worked fine. I have created a second recipe view for the same recipe in an other page. On the second one, when I push the button for any function like create new record, transfer to PLC I always have the message "Command now not possible !" in the status bar. I deleted the first recipe view but Istillhave the same problem... We have WinCC Flexible 2008 SP2, Step7 V5.4 SP3 Best regards

Tweety Posts: 3037 Rating: (192)	Hello, You can use the function "Rebuild All" under Project > Compiler. Or you create the Recipe View new. Do you synchronize your recipe with your plc? You must reset the area pointer "data record" after a transfer of data records. You can find more about recipe in the following manual in the chapter 8. What I have found is that the buttons "New record", "Save", "To PLC" and "From PLC" are active only when I select "Display table" in the general property menu of "Recipe View". The button "Delete record" is active all the time. Is there a way to select a recipe record and have a it downloaded in the PLC without showing the table of values of the recipe record? Best regards

Job mailbox 69 Reading data record from PLC Job mailbox 70 Writing data record from PLC You need the area pointer job mailbox for this.
