Hello.

First you need to compile HW configuration, then CFC. What did you select in CFC-menu 'Options-Customize-Compile/Download' - 'System data from installation' or 'System data from project folder'?

 HW config compiling is passed.

In first post you wrote that you copy sdblocks. From where did you copy it and to which folder?

What versions of Step7, CFC, D7-SYS do you have installed? 

 FYI. The first time I install D7-SYS V7, but open project popup the info CFC create in V8.0 ，then I install CFC V8 & SFC V8, and compile err not gone ，so I install D7-SYS V8 .
The pic "block type " is the result after I update all V618 to V620。

Did you copy sdblocks folder from/to somewhere?

Do you have the archive of your project? Do you have sdblocks folder inside archive? What versions of libraries were in project before you have update them, V618?

 The Customer give me an Archivezip created in "2012.11.17 "，the project folder have Global-sdblocks/sdlzs，then I copy to programfiles/siemens/s7cfc/ ，otherwise compile err will contain Library Files lost。

Reinstall D7-SYS V8.0 on your PC. Retrive the project from archive again. Goto CFC-menu 'Options-Customize-Compile/Download', select 'System data from project folder' and don't update libraries on next step (there will be popup window with question about updating, press No), then try to compile.
