Hello, 1. Open HW configuration and insert UR2-H S7-400 rack. 2. Inser the PS10 in both slots 1& 2. 3. Insert the CPU412-3H in slots 3 &4 4. In both IF1 & IF2 of the CPU insert the Sync Submodule. 5. Click on MPI/DP of the CPU and define a profibus network. 6. Click on the S7-400, Right click, Copy and then Paste. 7. Another idenical rack will be created. 8. Then click on the first profibus network line and select IM153 form the right handside navigator (order number 6ES7 153-2BA02-0XB0). You will found that it have been connected to both profibus network. Then insert your signal modules and repeat the previous step for insertining more racks. Now, You have in your above configuration REDBUNDLE of part numbers "6ES7 153-2AR03-0XA0" The REDBUNDLE consists of 2 IM153 (**-2BA02-0XB0)+ Active bus module IM/IM. Each IM will be connected to one of the profibus networks. Actually you won't found the part number of the bundle in your HW config. Catalog. So, you have to follow the above steps. Hope this helps. |

Hello again akcaravind, There's another differnt way. Open configrator tool of CA01 "in the tool bas select sellection assistance/ Simatic sellection tool" and then select Starting wizard with SIMATIC S7. Then make your configuration and check that every thing is ok by compiling and then export to S7. It will create a *.cfg file. Open the Simatic Manager and import the *.cfg file in the HW config. Please have a look on this thread for more details. From CA01 to HW configurator directlly! Hope this helps. |
