I want to connect ET200M to s71200  cpus. Is it possible?

Yes you can, very easily. Do you want to use Profinet or Profibus connections?

You can setup an ET 200M station as a Profinet IO Device using an IM 153-4 head station (connected to the Profinet integrated port of the CPU); for Profibus you will need a IM 153-2 (Profibus head station on the ET 200M, and a CM 1243-5 as DP master in the S7-1200 rack.

Both IMs are available in the network catalog of Step 7 v1x.

Look at the pdf prepared by our friend jklm in the following discussion, it gives screenshots of both possibilities: ET 200M as Profinet IO Device, ET 200M as Profibus slave., with a S7-1200 CPU.

I have analog and digital I/O. also I have  FM modulus (SIWAREX  : 7MH4 950-2AA01 ), can I use FM modulus and analog modulus?

When you select the specific IM 15x-y you Will use for your ET 200M in the hardware configuration, open the subdirectory of that IM to select all  analog and digital I/O modules you need to build your ET 200M station. The configuration must match the existing station it will connect to.

The Siwarex U module you want to use will work inside a ET 200M station, see this description from Product Support, below.And the following download shows how to use your Siwarex U in different versions of TIA Portal:

 thanks so much. you mean I can use any module 300 in ET 200M station that connected with s7-1200.  Am I right?
