Connect MMC to a USB card reader and copy the contents?

Can I connect this MMC to a USB card reader and copy the contents? I use Windows 8 operating system. Will there be any issues to the PLC program and when I connect to my S300 CPU? Thank you Tosin ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from please help me backup CF card of siemens.
