if yes, it needs  FC070 ?

In order to make a complete flowmeter, the SITRANS  FCS200 sensor must be combined with  the following MASS transmitter:SIFLOW FC070:  For direct integration into SIMATIC based systems, or used as stand alone with non SIMATIC systems.

The FC070 is designed for the S7-300 backplane, but can also be used with a remote Profibus-DP or Profinet link, as part of an Et 200M installation (with an IM 153-2 or IM 153-4).

Note this important information :

6.2 Installation of S7 Hardware support package The SIFLOW FC070 function module is not located in the S7 module catalog, but is subsequently installed using a hardware update (Hardware Support Package "s7h2008x.hsp"). This hardware update contains the user GUI for HW-Config and online help.

This information is valid for Step 7 v5.x, here is a solution for TIA Portal:

I thought I had covered most aspects in my earlier answer.

All S7-1200 CPUS HAVE a Profinet interface that you can use to connect the FS070, since it requires a S7-300 rack. You will need an I'M 153-4 to connect the S7-1200 Profinet to this connection.

If you prefer Profibus and have a CM 1243-5 processor with the CPU then you can use the FS070 over Profibus-DP, using an IM 153-2.

Once you have a Profinet or Profibus connection to the FS070,  use the libraries provided so you can integrate the FS070 in your S7-1200 program.

If something is not clear, please tell us exactly what is missing,  You could also review the S7-1200 System manual for additional details on the S7-1200 CPU you plan to use.

You would do well to read the documentation:

The FCS200 needs a transducer (read: converter)  to convert measured signals to usable units.
flow-meter -> transducer -> (communication protocol) -> PLC

Page 5 indicates there are two available transducers which makes it possible to link to a PLC. No mention is made to skip the transducer.

Why do I have the feeling that you are not seeking answers to your installation questions, but rather confirmation that what you believe can be achieved?

The first answer I posted contains most of the answers you are asking about:

-you need a FC070 to collect data from the FCS200 (EDIT: thanks to #dP for the information and links)

-the FC070 can be installed either on a S7-300 rack, with a S7-300 CPU, or on a Profinet/Profibus distributed I/O station; for Profibus, if you choose the Profibus-DP option, that would require a CM 1243-5 Profibus master module in the S7-1200 rack, and a IM 153-2 Profibus slave, with a S7-300 rack and S7-300 modules (incudng the FC070). For Profinet, since the CPU already has a Profinet interface, you would need an IM 153-4 with a S7-300 rack.  A RS-485 serial CM will not communicate with the FC070 (you need to support the Profibus-DP protocol, and the CM 1241 does not).. 

-you will need the HSP for TIA Portal in order to configure the FC070 in Step 7 v12 and higher, and to integrate the special functions required tom poll it in your S7-1200 program.

Please take the time to open and study the documents proposed, and start working out your solution.

thanks for your informational & document. I download HSP for v13. but there isnt HSP related to FC070. can i use 2 rack. iirst for cpu 1200 and second for fc070 and connect together with CM and IM? is it correct?

i read operation instruction of FC070. there are two serial interface in left slot. RS 232 and RS485, therefore i ask a question can i use cb1241 rs 485 in cpu1212  connect to serial interface of fc070.

There is a possibility of using the RS 232 or RS 485 ports of the FC070 to communicate with either PDM or "a third-party PLC", as stated in these maunakls and applications:

However, nowhere in Siemens documentation do I find a straight Modbus mapping that would allow any third-party to collect data over Modbus RTU. PDM (a software designed to connect Step 7 to field instruments) seems to be the supported software environment favored by Siemens to connect to the FC070.

Please study the links above carefully if you choose to go the way of Modbus in your projectr. I can not help you with the Modbus connection, you may have to request help directly from Siemens techs (through a Support Request, see the link at the top of this page).

About your oher items: you need a CM module only for Profibus-DP; since your cPU already as an integrated Profinet port it would be easy to se only a IM 153-4 for your remote coinnection to the FC070.

And once your mind has been made up about which type of connection you want to use, if any files or updates are still missing, ask here and start a Support Request.
