Consistency Check Failure!!!

stuartr Posts: 34 Rating: (0)	This one is killing me and it's happened before. I have to add some more axes to my D445 project, so I decide to use this opportunity to tidy things up a little, including moving a motor to a now vacant slot on a different CU320. After a few copy and pastes, I touch up the topology, add the new setup to the hardware config, and try to download, my consistency check fails, because my TM17 is being seen twice by the system. I have checked, recompiled, and about everything else under the sun, and am now in the process of rebuilding my project (lost a few hours since my last save). But the point is, why does it do this? There is nothing wrong with the addressing (I checked, double checked and then went back over it again) it compiles fine, but when you go to download, it tells you to go away, because there is an address superimposition (which there isn't). HELP

stuartr Posts: 34 Rating: (0)	Actually the error message is along the lines of Address superimposition PIQ417.1 (SETINPUT) {dbfhsdfzetuzgisi - big number - } and PIQ417.1 (SETINPUT {dhadjhsd-different big number-s236873fs} Will cut and paste one tomorrow.

ErrorD445: I/O address superimposition between the I/O points: '{56FB3E2B-4C6F-4D7C-BEC4-DC9CE177FFA5}[11].EDGE_STATE1' (address: PI491.2) and '{C90A0BE5-D9E0-4937-B20A-1C77EC694134}[11].EDGE_STATE1' (address: PI491.2). Can't seem to get rid of it. Ended up renaming project and rebuilding previous days back-up, which very lucky for me I had made, otherwise I would have wasted a lot of time (I wasted a lot of time anyway, but even more)....

Selectthe CPU -> right Mouseclick -> FastIO -> delete FastIO. Then go to the PROFIBUS Telegram Configuration of the SINAMICS Integarted Device and transfer the telegrams to HW Config again. But now at least I know for the future (and if it happens to anyone else searching these forums, there is a solution). Thanks and Cheers Stuart
