Control tank level

hugo.1991 Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	I'm in charge of a project which consists of the level control in a tank using a LOGO and an analog infrared sensor. I plan to use a PI and to the control level but is the first time I use this software. Can you give me an idea of how the program would be. Just for me to move forward. Thank you.

hugo.1991 Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	Hi. Tank you to help me. The logo is the 0BA8. The sensor output is 0-10V. Isn't a good ideia use a PI and a analog output? I plan to constant control of Iris tank level have thought in the IP.

I accepted as filling height 2m. 0V correspond in the example 2m filling height, the distance between sensor and liquid is the least. 10V correspond 0m, the distance between sensor and liquid is the greatest. With the switch at I1 of the controller is switched the PI Controller to automatic. The controller parameters (KC and TI) then you need to set yourself. Attachment Tank.zip (256 Downloads)
