Corrupted File - .backup contains unknown files?

Dear Experts,

While working in TIA Portatal V11,Unfortunately power goes. After power resumed, i try to open an error message "Project Damaged". How to open the Corrupted Backup.

I need an urgent help.

I am having a similar issue but with less urgancy as everyone else fortunately. I have a .backup but it doesn't have a .ap14 file. it has a series of folders with dates followed by another number. inside those folders are PEData.idx and PEData.plf files. I am not familiar in the slightest with siemens so I don't know if they need those or not. 

Below is what is in my file.
