Could't open project

Go to project directory, then enter Global directory and delete file named "language". Now your project is set to no language and you can open it with any regional settings. Remember, this is not documented by Siemens, so officialy not supported.

But, what do you think before to attach there sample project before to 1 - Select the project (root), right mouse click, properties and select "Can be opened in any Windows language setting (language-neutral)" And everybody will be happy.
