Mahmoud Sobhy Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Dear All we have PLC system consists of two CPUs 315-2DP I attache the data of components below as excel file, we have a proplem with PROFIBUS communication network and we havenot any documents or backup program The PLC system used with ABB ACS600 Drives via PROFIBUS Network I tried to upload the program from the CPU with MPI USB Cable but it doesnot response and give (online : no other active partener can be found) I have remove the MMC and take an image and managed to get the Ladder code but unfortnetly I didnt find the hardware configuration so the proplem of communicatio is still running Could any one help me for getting the HW Configuration and network may be this will be helpfulfor our problem Best regards Attachment PLC Data.zip (343 Downloads)

What is the settings in PG/PC Interface? Does Windows recognize correctly the USB MPI Adapter? What is the OS and version of Step7? Best regards, Hristo Mihalev

Please check attached Prnt screen PG.PC Interface Does Windows recognize correctly the USB MPI Adapter? Yes it is working well, Please check print screen Detect Network it is only appers when PLC is connected What is the OS and version of Step7? Mahmoud Sobhy Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Now when Irestart the CPU the stop led is highlighted and the selector is on RUN Psition when I switch selector to STOP Position and back to RUN position RUN led is highlighted to indicate normal operation but the communiation modules CP and ET200 give red light as system fault what is this mean and what I supposed to do?? I am afraid that the hardware configuration has been lost from CPU is it possible ??? please help me

Mahmoud Sobhy Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	CPU 315-2DP (6ES7315-2AG10-0AB0) I tried to set the address manualy but it doesnot work also what about leds ???? should I perform Memory reset after removing the MMC and back it again to let CPU Load the program from MCC???? Please let me know your feedback

That can be dangerous, if there where write actions to the card. How did you read the card? If you removed and replaced the card with power off and did no write actions on the card with PC, the CPU should start normally. The led SF means that the module detected a fault, most times it's in combination with other leds, i.e. busF is that the case? To loadnew from MMC (and lose all data in load memory , what is the case here anyway i guess) 1. Stop PLC. 2. Set the selector switch on CPU to MRES pos; and hold it by 3 seconds, the Stop Led Flashes 2 times slow. 3. Get the switch to Stop Position. 4. Set the selector switch on CPU to MRES pos again, and hold it until the Stop led flashes Fast. 5. Hold it in that position until stop led stops flashing, and then set it to stop Position. 6. Select Run mode position. Good luck, regards, Marcjan
