S7-400 CPU 412-2 DP and cp443-1 in my project.i want to connect this hardware with wincc scada pc using profinet.

is there any need for cp1623 pci express card?

 CP443-1 Industrial Ethernet card for your PLC,

CP1623 PCI express card is for your pg/pc. if your pg/pc lan ports are occupied. then CP1623 is required.
