CPU 412-5H PN/DP is not going to run mode

Ravi.vgp Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hai Everyone, I'm using CPU 412-5H PN/DP , my first CPU(rack 0) is going to run mode and if I turn it stop it the master LED is switching to the next CPU(rack1) but that CPU(rack1) is not going to RUN MODE , even the stop mode LED also not glowing. CPU (rack 0) is going to run mode but in my pc hardware configuration the CPU is shown Shaded ,where the IM module is communicating but Y-LINK is not. Sugguest me what to please, I attached the the Snap of HW configuration ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from S7-400H CPU not going in Run Mode. hdhosseini Diamond Expert Joined: 1/28/2009 Last visit: 10/26/2024 Posts: 6852 Rating: (1365)	Dear Users, In such cases, the exact reason for this behavior is available in diagnostics buffer of both CPUs.Reasons may differ due to history of your automation system.These are possible cases: If your system have worked for a long time in redundant mode, the reason can only be a faulty Sync.Module.Try to find it and change.It is easily possible if you have experience on similar cases. If your system have worked for a long time in redundant mode and you change some part of program or you download to one of Flash external memories, this unbalanced situation will cause problem in redundant systems.If you are using RAMs , you can skip this stage. If this is a new automation system to be built, you need to take care of rack number settings,Sync.modules,fiber optic connection,content of Flash memories and error OBs. Please feel free to upload content of diagnostics buffer here for our comments. I hope it helps, hdhosseini
