CPU is on run mode but the expansion modules goes on for a while then off

I have a similar problem, when i power on ,the cpu is on run mode but the expa.ssion modules goes on for a while then off (all leds are off) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from s7-200 just on for awhile then off.
