CPU S7-1513F-1PN all leds are off, ehternet non function, only display function

Hi all,

I have this CPU S7-1513F-1PN es7513-1FL01-0AB0.

When i connect to 24V DC, the display power on but all leds are off.

I try to connect with ethernet for upgrade firmware or reset the CPU but ethernet not function and leds not blink.

This CPU works good for two month, but is out of garancy because is old.

What can i do to solve this problem ? Is possible that the firmware is block ?The problem could be the internal power supply?

you are right that ist could be the internal power supply.

Please look fort the diagnosis at the display.
Can you see there any error?

Display doesen't  show any message, It showing Connecting.

Is possible to repair the internal power supply ? There is a fuse ?

I have just experienced this same exact problem with same PLC model. It happened to me after removing the memory card while in RUN mode. I am guessing that caused it...Siemens support recommended replacing the PLC.
