Hello, I have a problem related to cpu stop. While plc is working, it's stopping suddenly. I checked to diagnostic buffer, I saw some problem. You can find in the attached. Actually, i wonder something. What's the main reason for cpu to stop? If reason is first buffer alarm, what is the FB 32770 and OB 1905? If reason is second "safety program data corruption" alarm, what do i need to check? I check F I/O 169 address but everything is OK for module of machine. If you can help me, i will be so glad. Hi, I found ID 75D6 in you Diagnostic buffer - this means Data corruption before output to F IO. Please check the following FAQ fo avoid / find cause of this error. What should you do if the F-CPU goes into STOP mode and the message "Data corruption in the safety program ..." appears in the diagnostics buffer?Regards, Towome |
