Hello everyone, I hope everyone is doing well. I am a recently hired controls engineer with practically no Siemens experience. I was tasked with troubleshooting one of our manufacturing lines that had some faulty logic that would alarm out and stop the line as soon as it was started up. I connected to the lines PLC on CPU317-2 PN via profinet using a Siemens PG field PC. Simatic Manager Step 7 is the programming software that is being used. The program I was online with had comments. Shortly afterwards a work colleague traded his laptop for the field PC. When I tried to go online there was no comments available. I attempted to download what I was told was the same program with comments. The CPU of the PLC went into a Stop state. Red SF and BF2 lights came on the CPU module. Additionally the CP 343-1 lean has Red SF and BF 2 lights on. I have attached a copy of the buffer report. I had pictures of the various faults on the modules, but the files are to large to attach. I was hoping someone in the Siemens world could help me resolve these various faults, although any help would be appreciated. Thank you
