Hello Raymundo; Ohm's law states that in any electrical circuit V = R * I; You need your 10V (max signal voltage) to be read as 20 mA (max.signal current) in your PLC analog input ; so a 500 Ohm resistor will do the job. 10 V = 500 Ohm * 0,20 A As you will find it recommended in this discussion, place your 500 ohm resistor in parallel with the load and you will be reading the voltage across the resistor generated by your current signal ( 0-20 mA) in the Analog inputs. https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/ww/en/posts/20593/ Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
