D452 and ET200SP connection TM Count 1x24V failed to start IRT, please help analyze

John_2010 Experienced Member Joined: 6/28/2011 Last visit: 11/14/2024 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	1.My hardware configuration informatio D425-2 DP/PN 6AU1 425-2AD00-0AA0 V5.2 IM 155-6 PN HF 6ES7 155-6AU00-0CN0 V3.3 TM Count 1x24V 6ES7 138-6AA00-0BA0 V1.3 SCOUT TIA V5.2 2.Fault description M155 does not enable isochronous mode. The hardware connection is normal. There is no abnormality in ONLINE monitoring, but the IM155 enables isochronous mode. The hardware connection is abnormal, and the ET200SP is found. My program is more than 3M, I put it in the DROGBOX, the following connection Attachment Files.zip (285 Downloads)

ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 11/14/2024 Posts: 22452 Rating: (3030)	Hello, in the diagnostic buffer the message mean that the loaded project is not compatible with the simotion D425, in this case no HWConfig is not loaded in the plc and this is why you get no connection to IM. Try: open Scout tia compile the d425 go online and download the project from scout tia if not work try: Go online on D425 in scout tia select D425 and in menu Target System select delete user data after that download the project from scout tia to the plc Regards Christoph

ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 11/14/2024 Posts: 22452 Rating: (3030)	Hello, in the project the DP Cycle time of the integrated doesn't match the senddclock of the PN cycle. for PN you use 1ms and for Integrated you use 4ms, but the PN Sendclock and the DPCycle of the integrated must be the same. set the integrated to 1ms and the download work. this inconsistency you get reported in Scout if you make a consistency check!
