Desigo CC v5.0 Runtime Exception

Dear everyone!

Since we started to upgrade to DCC v5.0 from lower versions, we got a Runtime Exception error message pop-up window several times. With the EO Debug Tools I've reached some info about this problem, listed the log below. Can you help me with this?

Collected info from WCCOAGmsCoHoMngr (PID: 5836, AppDomain ID: 1), Runtime Exception (PID: 27108, AppDomain ID: 1)

Message (translation):

An exception has occurred.

It looks like there are other users with the same issue. There is an FAQ describing this issue. Please see:

A final solution is planned for V5.0 QU1 (and V5.1). QU01 should be released in the coming month(s).

There may be workaround for the “run time error” message showed from time to time. You may try the workaround below and report in the forum, if the workaround solves the issue. Other users may be interested in your feedback.

Workaround:

Open the default.ldl configuration file (for system manager and summary bar configuration) and set the “SnapInInactivityTimeoutInMinutes” to “0” (zero) to disable the inactivity check.

We have Desigo CC V5.1 QU1, and are receiving an almost exact same runtime error message that pops up randomly. Do you know if the solution above would still be a proper resolution?
