Desigo error message shows only question marks?

The question is why do you install Desigo Insight V5.1? On which operating system did you install it? Desigo Insight V5.1 does not support the current OS Windows 10 or Windows 11 anymore, as V5.1 it has been phased out long time ago. Anyway, did you check in the Project Utility, if you restored and selected the project correctly? You may open the Trace Utility (TrcUtl.exe in Desigo Insight /bin/ folder) to check if there is some more information in the log files. Best regards, Albis

If this is the case, I would try to get more information from the log files. Open the Trace Utility (TrcUtl.exe in Desigo Insight /bin/ folder) to check if there is some more information in the log files. Best regards, Albis
