I NEED 24VDC REMOTE I/OS WITH 16 INPUT AND 16 OUTPUT I AM HAVING  A PROBLEM IN UNDERSTANDING WHICH ONE I SHOULD USE E200SP AND E200MP. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BOTH OF THEM. MY APPLICATION IS I NEED TO TURN MOTORS ON AND ACTIVATE VALVES THROUGH OUTPUTS AND NEED INPUT FOR SENSORS.

ET200SP is smaller than ET200MP. It is another kind of remote I/O´s.

ET200MP Interfacemodules are handling with the electronic-modules of S7-1500-series.

When i go to CAx downloads and enter the part number it gives me attached error. Is there any other way i can get the Cad drawing of ET200SP as i need that in my AutoCad drawing for designing the panel or is there any way i can get the dimensions of whole remote station.

As per my application I need 16 bit Input Card and 16 bit Output Card so in ET 200SP I should select Interface Module (IM), base unit, Bus connector for profinet, input card and output card and i am trying to connect I/O's remotely with my existing 315 2PN/DP processor so i shouldn't select any processor in ET 200SP station.

Can you confirm?

As per my application I am using S7315 2PN/DP and want to connect remote I/O's for which I select et200sp and select IM155-6PN st but now I am confused what is the difference between IM 151 and IM 155?

Can anybody tell me?

IM151 is from the older ET200S System, IM155 is from the newer ET200SP system

not that you can't mix the modules of ET200s Family and ET200SP Family !

can i connect ET200SP (IMM155) with the S7315 2 PN/DP as a remote I/O's. I am asking this because i read some where IMM155 has its own CPU and we need to program it independently.

One more thing what is the difference between ET200SP and ET200S? 

For my application i need to connect remote I/O's to run the motors and actuate the solenoids in the field and want to connect remote I/O's with S7 300 2PN/DP so for this is ET200SP is the right choice or not?
